An apparatus for improving mass-flow of a rolled material is provided. The apparatus for improving mass-flow of a rolled material is provided to improve the mass-flow of a rolled material in a finish rolling process which uses cooling water spray nozzles, which is provided on a part of multiple stands, to sprays cooling water onto the rolled material. The apparatus for improving the mass-flow of a rolled material is capable of securing the improved mass flow of a rolled material by comprising: a transfer speed setup unit for setting a first transfer speed of the rolled material and a second transfer speed which is the sum of the first transfer speed and a predetermined offset; a cooling section setup unit for setting a cooling section including the stands provided with the cooling water spray nozzles among the multiple stands; and a mass-flow control unit for transferring the rolled material at the first transfer speed, but at the second transfer speed after the fore-end of the rolled material passes through the cooling section.
