Embodiments of the present invention relate to an olefin ionomer resin composition, an encapsulant, and an optoelectronic apparatus. Provided is a resin composition used as an encapsulant of various optoelectronic apparatuses and exhibiting good adhesiveness with a front substrate and a back sheet included in the apparatuses. In addition, provided is an olefin ionomer resin composition that may not adversely affect working environment and parts such as an optoelectronic device or a wiring electrode encapsulated in the optoelectronic apparatus and, and may maintain workability and economic efficiency during the manufacture of the apparatuses.
