The present invention relates to a ginsenoside compound having a novel structure. A method of extracting the ginsenoside compound from ginseng comprises the steps of extracting the ginseng with alcohol to obtain a ginseng extract; adding water to the ginseng extract and fractionating n- hexane, ethyl acetate, chloroform, and n-butanol; and performing column chromatography with the fraction of an n-butanol layer.
