FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: hydrodynamic dust catcher comprises a casing with branch pipes for inlet of dust-laden gas and outlet of the cleaned gas, a connecting pipe to remove slag from the dust catcher, a liquid trap, a barbotage unit, a level controller for the fluid in the device. The barbotage unit is made as hollow conical swirlers with blind top base, along the helical surface of blades the swirlers are fitted by slots to supply spraying fluid with the help of nozzles which on one side are coaxially set in the lower base of the swirlers and on the other side are connected to the bottom filled by the spraying fluid by a collector, to form a circulation spraying system.EFFECT: increased surface area of contacting phases which provides for fine gas scrubbing and its higher efficiency.2 dwg |
