<p>The present invention relates to a method for predicting the isoflavone content in a leguminous crop which predicts the isoflavone content in an unknown leguminous crop using an isoflavone content prediction model after performing a quantitative analysis using multivariate statistics analysis and HPLC analysis data using FT-IR spectrum data against an organic solvent extract of a leguminous crop seed, and performing the construction of the isoflavone content prediction model using a PLS regression analysis by analyzing the correlation between two data, and thus, provided in the present invention is an effective method for selecting a line containing the high content of isoflavone which is a high functional component, having excellent time and cost reducing effects.</p> |
