FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to induction of fused aluminium flow in storage tanks. Proposed device comprises furnace port with refractory coating and inclined wall. Note here that said refractory coating has area with decreased thickness, locating plate made of nonmagnetic material plugged in said inclined port wall to extend through said area with decreased thickness. Besides it incorporates electromagnetic inductor assy located nearby locating plate outer surface and locating plate cooling system.EFFECT: proposed inductor can be arranged at whatever tank including furnace wall of bottom, repair or replacement with furnace outage.22 cl, 7 dwg |
