发明名称 METHOD FOR THERMAL CONTROL OF AXLE BEARINGS DURING RAIL ROLLING-STOCK MOVEMENT
摘要 FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: method consists in conversion of IR radiation energy of thermal control objects - bearings and journal-boxes - into electric signals with presentation of intermediate results in the form of digital code characterising heating level of objects relative to ambient air temperature in standard units - ADC quanta. To improve reliability of evaluation of bearing and axle equipment condition in the whole it is proposed to calculate ADC quantum value from Plank integral formula in radiation density units according to results of calibration and testing of amplifier channels in autocontrol mode. Herewith, bearing (journal-box) temperature is determined by multiplying its heating in quanta by quantum value in radiation densities with regard to radiation density of running gears having ambient air temperature according to piecewise linear approximation polynom of Plank formula or according to precalculated charts of controlled objects radiation densities and their temperature correlation. These charts are stored in memory of microprocessor controller or automated workstation (AWS) computer of thermal control facilities.EFFECT: higher reliability of thermal condition evaluation of bearings and axle equipment of moving rail rolling-stock.3 cl, 2 dwg
