The present invention relates to a switched reluctance motor assembly and an assembling method thereof. The present invention includes a rotation shaft which is the center of a motor, a rotor part which is rotatably combined with the rotation shaft, a balancing part which is installed at the rotor part, and an impeller part. The balancing part and the impeller part are integrated or directly combined with each other, thereby preventing generation of an imbalance when the impeller part is attached and facilitating a stable rotation.
