The present invention relates to a latch type trunk terminal module. The present invention provides a latch type trunk terminal module comprising a first signal and power transmission device on one side of a vehicle trunk to transmit signals transmitted by a control part of a vehicle; and a second signal and power transmission device which is arranged on one side of a trunk cover installed on the trunk to be open, which is electrically connected to the first signal and power transmission device selectively according to the opening and closing of the trunk cover, and which transmits signals transmitted by the control part to an electronic device on the trunk cover to operate the electronic device.
