Additionally, these images are analysed, and strongly or weakly exposed areas are identified; the optical parameters of obtaining the images of these areas are optimised, and the second laying-out of the part surface taking into account the optimising of the said optical parameters is determined; the new trajectory of the image sensor and the light source is determined to obtain the image of the part surface using the second laying-out and optimised optical parameters; the images of these areas are obtained with the new trajectory, and these images are recorded in the memory; the possible defects in the part surface in the recorded images are detected automatically, and they are compared with the known defects recorded in the database.EFFECT: providing automatic processing and optimisation of the images obtained.10 cl, 3 dwg
