The present invention relates to a filler injection position detection system for increasing woman′s sexual pleasure to select a filler injection position reflecting the inherent characteristics of a body structure by tracking a vaginal wall change condition according to the degree of congestion while applying a negative pressure to the inside of the vagina. The filler injection detection system comprises an injection position detection module which applies the negative pressure to the inside of the vagina by being inserted into the vagina and photographs changes in blood vessel expansion and vaginal wall tissues around a G-spot; an injection position analysis system which compares and analyzes the obtained image through the injection position detection module, tracks the change in the blood vessel expansion and the vaginal wall tissues around the G-spot by the increase in the negative pressure, and selects an injection position; and a screen output device which displays a blood vessel expansion change graph and an injection position image analyzed by the injection position analysis system on a screen.
