<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering lock device capable of enhancing insertion feeling of a key and reducing a size.SOLUTION: The steering lock device comprises: a key cylinder 4; a rock bolt; key detection means; and rock bolt holding means. The key detection means have a first detection member 7 disposed so as to move freely toward a radial direction of the key cylinder 4 between a key detection position and a normal position and a key detection switch 9 operated by the first key detection member 7. The rock bolt holding means has a second key detection member 8 moving from an actuated position toward non-actuated position by energy of a second spring caused by deinsertion of the key from the key cylinder 4 and a lock link 21 engaged to the rock bolt and holding the rock bolt at an unlock position until the key is deinserted. The first and second key detection members 7, 8 are disposed on a position where overlaps to the radial direction of the key cylinder 4.</p> |
