PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode noise chip filter including a ferrite substrate, a coil pattern formed on the ferrite substrate, and a ferrite-polymer composite layer formed on the substrate on which the coil pattern is formed, in which the ferrite-polymer composite layer is a common mode noise chip filter having a multi-layer structure, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: Internal stress is lowered by forming a ferrite-polymer composite layer 118 filling the internal space of a substrate 111, on which an internal coil pattern 113 is formed, not in a single layer but in a multi-layer structure. Consequently, the reliability of a product, i.e., a common mode noise chip filter, can be enhanced. |
