A method for communicating one or more offers to one or more users determines a distance between each of the plurality of users and one or more merchants, based at least in part on a first set of data, wherein the first set of data comprises information related to a plurality of users and a plurality of locations, each of the plurality of locations corresponding to one or more of the plurality of users, correlates the distance between each of the users and the one or more merchants to one or more offers, wherein the offers are intended to entice one or more users to travel to one or more locations corresponding with the one or more merchants, determines to which of the plurality of users to make offers, communicates one or more offers to the determined users based at least in part on the correlated distance between each of the users and the one or more merchants, and receives, communicated from a mobile device of a user, acceptance or redemption of one or more of the offers.
