PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which unfolds a display portion for surely conveying information to a rescuer with simple operation, thereby preventing a secondary disaster on the rescuer.SOLUTION: A rescuer secondary disaster preventing device installed at an entrance of a residence of a rescuee includes: a device body 10 having a storing space therein which is opened and closed by a door portion 13; a display portion 20 which is folded and stored in the device body and can be unfolded to be projected out of the opened door portion; display portion unfolding energizing means 30 for energizing the display portion in an unfolding direction and, when the door portion is opened, projecting the unfolded display portion out of the device body; door portion energizing means 40 for energizing the door portion in an opening direction; and door portion lock-release means 50 which locks the closed door portion and releases the lock when an external operation is performed, in which the door portion is opened by energizing force of the door portion energizing means when the lock of the door portion is released, and the display portion in an unfolded state is projected out of the device body by energizing force of the display portion unfolding energizing means. |
