<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weldless joint for a pile which has high resistance force against bending force and shear force and by which high connection strength can be obtained.SOLUTION: An arcuate plate 15 is used which mutually fixes piles by joining the piles with a shear ring 31 interposed in shear ring fitting-in parts 30 formed in end part metal fittings 12 of both, and fitting the arcuate plate 15 over outer peripheries of the end part metal fittings 12. The inter-arcuate-plate connecting metal fittings 21 for connecting arcuate plates to each other include a tapered dovetail groove 22 sectioned in a dovetail groove shape, and inter-arcuate-plate connecting projections 20 in a tapered dovetail shape fitted in the tapered dovetail groove 22 are formed on outer surfaces of ends of the arcuate plates. Both the inter-arcuate-plate connecting projections 20, 20 are inserted into the tapered dovetail groove 22 to connect mutually adjacent arcuate plates 15 to each other, and both ends of the inter-arcuate-plate connecting metal fittings 21 are screwed to the mutually adjacent arcuate plates 15.</p> |
