PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening device which assists stable standing of a sill cut-off material by preventing the sill cut-off material from being kept in a falling attitude.SOLUTION: The opening device includes: a frame body 10 having a framework of a head jamb 11, a sill 12, and jambs 15; sashes 30, 35 arranged within the framework of the frame body; a sill cut-off material 17 arranged in the sill so as to project toward the head jamb and extending along the longitudinal direction of the sill; and an end water cut-off member 20 arranged at an internal corner part formed of the sill and the jamb. One aspect face on at least one end side of the sill cut-off material is arranged so as to face the aspect face of the jamb, and the end water cut-off member is provided with a holding part 23 having a face opposing to the other aspect face on the one end side of the sill cut-off material. |
