PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration for preventing adhesion of particle (toner), while preventing increase in cost and size of an apparatus which includes a toner adhesion preventive member 990 as a particle adhesion preventive member.SOLUTION: An insulation member 991I is attached to a connection member 991C, as a conductive member having a constant potential. The insulation member 991I is formed of a porous material including EPDM, and has density of 0.01 to 0.2 g/cm. On the side of a free face F opposite the side where the connection member 991C of the insulation member 991I is attached, toner P charged at the same polarity (negative) as toner for preventing adhesion is adhered. A surface potential of a toner adhesion preventive member 990 increases in a negative polarity direction, thereby preventing adhesion of toner without installing an apparatus for applying a voltage. |
