<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus for a hydrostatic pressure assist vehicle in which fuel consumption of a whole vehicle can be enhanced when drive of an engine is assisted by a hydrostatic pressure assist mechanism.SOLUTION: An apparatus is equipped with a pump/motor connected to an engine and a hydrostatic pressure assist mechanism in which the pump/motor is driven as a pump to discharge a fluid pressure thereby performing hydraulic regeneration in an accumulator when a vehicle is decelerated, the pump/motor is driven as a motor when the vehicle is started and so on, and drive of the engine is assisted by a fluid pressure accumulated in the accumulator. In the apparatus, determination as to whether drive of the engine is assisted by the hydrostatic pressure assist mechanism or not is made (S10, S12), and when it is determined that drive of the engine is assisted, control for increasing a load applied to the engine is carried out (S14).</p> |
