PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer which is capable of contributing to improvement of reliability while being made compact and thin and improving sound quality, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: The electroacoustic transducer comprises: a metal plate; a piezoelectric film which is joined on the metal plate and smaller than an area of the metal plate; a frame which internally has a space and is directly or indirectly joined with an end portion of the metal plate within the space; a first elastic member entirely or partially joined with a wall surface of the frame opposing the piezoelectric film within the space; and a second elastic member which is joined on a surface of the first elastic member opposing the piezoelectric film, ring-shaped or frame-shaped so as to include a position of an outer circumferential end portion of the piezoelectric film in a view from an upper side of the piezoelectric film, and separated from the piezoelectric film. |
