PURPOSE: A method for making crown of a pulley is provided to reduce or prevent the deformation of a product caused by a trimming process. CONSTITUTION: A method for making crown of a pulley comprises steps of: blanking a metal plate, molding the blank into a product(600) with a waveform on an end, adjusting the thickness or size of the product through ironing, and forming a convex crown on the outer part(601) of the product. In the crowning step, the exterior surface of the outer part of the product is pressed inward while vertically pressing the end of the outer part of the product. |
