PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator panel in which a narrow partition wall is formed in a large area with high accuracy, and which has high light emission luminance and provides sharp images.SOLUTION: Provided is a scintillator panel that comprises: a tabular substrate; a partition wall provided on the substrate; and a scintillator layer composed of phosphor filled in cells obtained by partition with the partition wall. The partition wall is composed of a plurality of layers, each of which has different light transmittance per unit thickness. |
