MAGNETIC ELEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic element which can obtain a high Q value.SOLUTION: A magnetic element has a coil and a magnetic member which is placed opposite to the coil in an insulated state. The coil is a flat coil which is wound and formed into a rectangular shape while bending from a Y1 to Y2 direction to an X1 to X2 direction by way of corners. In the magnetic member, a plurality of split magnetic parts 17a to 17e and 30a to 30e provided with parallel sides in an X direction and a Y direction are provided in parallel in the Y direction at intervals. The respective split magnetic parts have the same shapes and have 4 or larger b/a when a length dimension in the Y direction is a and a length dimension in the X direction is b. The respective split magnetic parts are composed by laminating a plurality of magnetic layers of film thickness 0.25μm or smaller via inter-layer insulation layers. An axis of easy magnetization direction of the magnetic layer is parallel to the X direction.
