PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which a device status related to an image formation device can be easily known when the image formation device is remotely controlled by using an external terminal.SOLUTION: The image formation device includes: a touch panel for displaying various information and receiving operation input from an operator; and a status display unit that is provided separately from the touch panel and displays the device status. The image formation device transmits data related to both a first image GA showing display content of the touch panel and a second image GB showing display content of the status display unit to an external terminal 50 as data for displaying on a remote operation screen RC of the external terminal 50.
