PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate film having excellent adhesiveness between a cyclic olefin resin layer and a metal layer without causing peeling off of an interface between the resin layer and the metal layer even in a heating process or deformation of the resin layer and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: There are provided: a crystalline cyclic olefin resin film containing an oxysilyl group which has crystallinity of 7% or more; a laminate film which is obtained by laminating a thermoplastic resin layer having crystals and a metal layer and in which the thermoplastic resin having crystals is obtained by crystallization of a crystalline cyclic olefin resin layer containing an oxysilyl group which has crystallinity of 7% or more; and a method for producing the same.
