PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for joining laminate sheets excellent in terms not only of curing reactivity but also of post-curing-reaction adhesiveness and post-curing-reaction durability and, preferably, of weather resistance; a solar cell rear surface protective sheet prepared by using the resin composition for joining laminate sheets; and a solar cell module.SOLUTION: The provided resin composition for joining laminate sheets is a resin composition for joining laminate sheets including: a copolymer (A); and a reactive compound (B) possessing a functional group which can be reacted with an active hydrogen group (hereafter referred to as the "reactive functional group") wherein the copolymer (A) is obtained by polymerizing anα,β-unsaturated compound (a-1) possessing a functional group such as a carboxyl group, etc. and the like.
