PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form again an insulation coating with an outer diameter dimension substantially equal to that of an insulation covering part of an electric wire, in a portion of the electric wire where the insulation coating is partially removed (exposed conductor part in the electric wire).SOLUTION: An electric wire accommodation space 2 of an electric wire cover 4 has a hole diameter substantially equal to an outer diameter dimension of an insulation covering part 3b of an electric wire 3, and a space 14 generated at an outer circumferential side of an exposed conductor part 3a in the electric wire 3 communicates to the outside via a first port 15 of a first cover body 8 and communicates to the outside via a second port 16 of a second cover body 10. The second port 16 enables an insulative material having flowability to be injected from insulative material injection means 5 into the space 14 of the electric wire accommodation space 2, such that an insulation coating 3c with an outer diameter substantially equal to that of the insulation covering part 3b can be formed again within the space 14. The first port 15 enables the insulative material filling the space 14 to flow outside of the electric wire cover 4. The electric wire cover 4 can be removed from the electric wire 3 while being opened.
