PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method and an inspection device jointly using a normal inspection process for realizing a comparison process with an image obtained at the time of transportation as a reference image and a plate inspection process for performing a division process of the image in the imposition unit in the transportation direction or in the unit capable of the comparison corresponding thereto.SOLUTION: The inspection performed by a normal inspection process part 41 inspects an image of a frame unit repeatedly printed with the image of the frame unit as a reference image A by means of a comparison process with the reference image A. The inspection performed by a plate inspection process unit 42 inspects an image of the pattern contained in the frame unit as a reference image B by means of the comparison process with the other image. Thereby, the inspection of the printed matter is performed jointly using the above two inspections. |
