The method involves acquiring instantaneous power consumption signals for assigning to each type of power consumption equipment. A power consumption curve is calculated from a variation over time of a parameter of the instantaneous power consumption signals assigned to each type of power consumption equipment, where the parameter is constituted by a difference between the amplitude of the instantaneous power consumption signals and the sum of minimum sliding and the curve calculated based on the amplitude of instantaneous power variations.
