The present invention relates to a method for remotely providing user′s health consulting information and, more specifically, to a method for providing accurate health consulting information mapped to user′s physical information by searching a case database for health consulting information of a person who has similar physical information to the user′s physical information, and providing the changed consulting information corresponding to the user′s physical information after a change unit time considering the change history of the user′s physical information after the change unit time if the user′s physical information and case physical information of the health consulting information do not correspond to each other by monitoring the user′s physical information per unit period of a target period consisting of the multiple unit periods.
