PURPOSE: A vacuum centrifugal casting device for changing a mold through a rail is provided to improve productivity of a vacuum centrifuge casting by omitting a waiting time until a molten metal gets cold. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum centrifugal casting device for changing a mold through a rail comprises a molten metal dropping preparation part, an upper part housing (226), a molten metal lead-in part, a mold (233), a supporting part, a rotatory power generation part, a lower part housing (236), and a movable casing (231). The molten metal dropping preparation part has a molten metal inlet port in a lower part. The molten metal inlet port of the molten metal dropping preparation part is leaded in the upper part housing and a lower part of the upper part housing is opened. The molten metal lead-in part has a molten metal receiving hole. The molten metal lead-in part has a distributing pipe conduit connected to multiple molds in a transverse direction. The multiple molds are connected to the distributing pipe conduit of the molten metal lead-in part. The supporting part supports the molten metal lead-in part and the molds. The rotatory power generation part rotates the supporting part. The lower part housing surrounds the molten metal lead-in part and the molds, and forms a vacuum pump connection pipe. The movable casing transfers the supporting part, the rotatory power generation part, and the lower part housing. |
