PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone reservation system capable of allowing a user to make a reservation of a store such as a restaurant by telephone.SOLUTION: The telephone reservation system includes: a telephone call history information storage part for storing information on a telephone call between a portable terminal of a user and a store telephone unit of a store; a visit information acceptance part for accepting visit information from a reading device or the portable terminal by contacting or approaching the reading device installed in a store by the portable terminal; a visit information storage part for storing the accepted visit information; and a collation processing part for determining that there is a visit corresponding to the telephone call by collating the information on the telephone call stored in the telephone call history information storage part with the visit information stored in the visit information storage part.
