<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera suitable for acquiring an image containing images of both on-the-water and underwater photogenic subjects at the same time even in the case of imaging or an imaging situation with the water level fluctuating.SOLUTION: A camera includes: an imaging part 3 for photographing an on-the-water photogenic subject above the water level and an underwater photogenic subject below the water level; a determination part 4e for determining whether there is a contrast changing area in the boundary between the on-the-water and underwater photogenic subjects on the basis of the photogenic subject image photographed by the imaging part; a comparison part 4 for comparing the brightness between the on-the-water and the underwater photogenic subjects when there is a contrast changing area; a color-tone determination part 4 for determining the color-tone of the on-the-water and the underwater photogenic subjects if the underwater photogenic subject is determined to be darker than the on-the-water photogenic subject; and an imaging state determination part 4g for determining whether the imaging state is a half-water imaging mode or not on the basis of the determination result of the color-tone determination part.</p> |
