The proposed invention relates to the technology of optoelectronic measuring systems and devices for inputting information into computer systems and control systems. With the help of the given device, a sensory surface can be provided in locations where the use of known systems is difficult or totally impossible. The device comprises a first emitter and a second emitter, a block containing N optical receivers, a computing device and N receiving light guides, the first end face of each of which is optically linked to one of the optical receivers, while the second end face is positioned along a line co-planar with the optical centers of the first and second emitters and is optically mated to said emitters, wherein the sensory surface of the device is in the form of a plane formed by the intersection of beams of radiation from the first and second emitters with the second end faces of N optical fibers, and the computing device alternatively activates one of the two emitters and inputs the signals from each of N light receivers accordingly while the first emitter is active and while the second emitter is active, and calculates the coordinates of the point where the finger of the operator crossed the sensory surface. |
