PURPOSE: A photovoltaic cell device for limiting wavelength using a photonic crystal structure is provided to prevent the over-heat of a solar cell by controlling the spectrum of solar light with the photonic crystal structure. CONSTITUTION: A light collecting unit(110) collects light. A photonic crystal structure(130) which includes a parallel lens transmits light with a specific wavelength from the collected light. The photonic crystal structure is integrated on the upper side of a solar cell(120). The parallel lens guides the collected light to a parallel direction. The solar cell converts the photonic crystal structure transmitted light to electric energy. |
