An image formation device (10) is provided with: a document box (141); an operation unit (11); a version verification controller; a document-data update controller; and a printing controller. Upon receiving a selection operation, the version verification controller determines whether selected document data has been updated in an external server (50). In cases when the selected document data has been updated in the external server (50), the document-data update controller downloads the updated document data from the external server (50) and updates document data in the document box (141). Upon receiving a print instruction operation, the printing controller, in cases when the selected document data has not been updated, implements printing based upon document data stored in the document box, and, in cases when the selected document data has been updated, implements printing based upon the updated document data. |
