The present invention prevents the automatic core cutting of a cable by controlling the position of a cutting unit with a limit switch. The cutting unit is close to an inner core of the cable in a process for cutting the sheath of the cable. The cutting unit comprises a fixing cutting block (320) and a moving cutting block (330). The fixing cutting block (320) further comprises first and second limit switches (322, 323) which are positioned on upper and lower surfaces. The moving cutting block (330) further comprises third and fourth limit switches (332, 333) which are positioned on the upper and lower surfaces. The present invention is provided to open one or more among the first to fourth limit switches (322, 323, 332, 333) caused by a micro gap for the upper and lower surfaces of the fixing cutting block (320) and the moving cutting block (330) and to release the pressure of a third air pressure cylinder (350) which is electrically connected to power, thereby preventing the core cutting of the cable. |
