PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for conveying an electronic component, preventing the occurrence of a breakage etc. of a housing unit at the removal of the electronic component housed in an abnormal posture.SOLUTION: The method for conveying an electronic component 1 conveys the electronic component 1 with the descent of an absorbable nozzle 4 to vacuum absorb the electronic component 1 mounted at a predetermined position followed by the ascent of the nozzle 4. The nozzle 4 descends to a height not contacting to the electronic component 1 mounted in the abnormal posture and thereafter the nozzle 4 slowly descends while sucking the electronic component 1 from a suction port disposed at the tip of the nozzle. On detection that the electronic component 1 is absorbed, the descent of the nozzle 4 is stopped to convey the electronic component. |
