PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate exact stable time.SOLUTION: A power storage state detection apparatus includes: a voltage measurement circuit 24 which is a voltage detection section for detecting a voltage of a secondary battery 14; and a CPU 70 which is a control section. The CPU 70 executes determination processing (S70) for determining stable time T of the secondary battery 14 based on an amount of charge Y of the secondary battery 14. With this configuration, the stable time T can be acquired accurately compared with the determination of the stable time T without taking into account the amount of charge. Thus, a waiting time for the stabilization of an open-circuit voltage can be suppressed to the minimum requirement. |
