The device (10) has a connection unit (20) with wire guide portions (32,34,38,41-48) that are provided to guide wires of a sample to terminals (21-28) of the connection unit. The wire guide portions (41-48) are provided to guide different wires of the sample in main directions, and are arranged at an angle of 15 [deg] to each other. A shielding unit (60) is provided for electromagnetically shielding the wire guide portion against each other.
