PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating conveyance device where a film-like object can be conveyed with high quality and maintainability is enhanced.SOLUTION: In a floating conveyance device 10 comprising a conveyance surface 15 provided with a plurality of openings 16 to jet a fluid, a film-like object F having a predetermined width is conveyed from the conveyance surface 15 by the pressure of the fluid jetting from a plurality of the openings 16 while being floated. A sheet-like member 17 regulating the pressure of the fluid at a plurality of the openings 16 is positioned along the conveyance surface 15. |
