PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to extremely easily peel off an intermediate layer such as a copper tape layer and an external semiconductor layer without damaging an inner layer of the intermediate layer without requiring proficiency of an operator.SOLUTION: In a tool for peeling off an intermediate layer of a cable sheath, a spring plate 1 composed of a belt-like coil spring longer than a circumference length of a copper tape layer 4 whose cable sheath is to be peeled off is provided, one of both side edges placed in parallel to a longer direction of the spring plate 1 is sharpened in a blade-like shape to be a blade part 2, and a notch 3 having a constant width toward an inside of the spring plate 1 from a side edge of the blade part 2 at the blade part 2 at a position relatively separated from one end of the spring plate 1 is provided. |
