PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic analyzer for simultaneously performing a plurality of nucleic acid assays.SOLUTION: The automatic analyzer for simultaneously performing a plurality of diagnostic assays includes a plurality of stations in which individual aspects of the assays are performed on a fluid sample included in a sample tank. The analyzer includes a station for automatically preparing a sample, incubating the sample, previously forming a specimen isolation procedure, confirming the existence of a target specimen, and analyzing an amount of the target specimen. An automatic container transfer system moves the sample tank from one station to the succeeding station. A method for executing an automatic diagnosis assay includes an automatic process for isolating and magnifying the target specimen, and one embodiment includes a method for real-time monitoring of a magnification process. |
