The purpose of the present invention is to provide an operation system and method for evaluating a risk reflecting an operation state of a nuclear power plant by evaluating risk and providing a list of measures corresponding to the degree of risks when a device is suddenly broken (loses its functions) while the nuclear power plant normally operates or when the device is unavailable due to test work, emergent repair or power outage. According to the present invention, in case a device is broken (loses its functions) or is unavailable due to test work, emergent repair, or power outage while the nuclear power plant normally operates, risk may be evaluated, and a list of measures corresponding to the degree of risks is provided in real-time through a terminal of a person in charge or a server in a repair management division. Therefore, work history, current repair work history, risk color, restoration priority, and estimated work time of the device which is currently broken or unavailable according to the risk can be detected and actions may be taken in real-time. |
