<p>The present invention can prevent damage to a part to be detected due to colliding with an external member. A cartridge (7) is provided with: an input gear (45) and the like for receiving drive force from the outside, said input gear (45) and the like being disposed on the opposite side of a toner accommodation chamber (14) from a right side wall (41); an agitator (16) constituted so as to rotate by the drive force received by the input gear (45) and the like; and a rotating body (50) to be detected, disposed on the opposite side of the toner accommodation chamber (14) from the left side wall (42) and having a part (70) to be detected for being detected by an external light sensor (92). The rotating body (50) to be detected is constituted so as to advance toward the left side in relation to the left side wall (42) by the drive force received by the input gear (45) and the like being propagated via the agitator (16) and further to withdraw from the right side in relation to the left side wall (42).</p> |
