PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform sufficient noise reduction processing while avoiding a shake of a low contrast area and to suppress unnatural motion in an output frame.SOLUTION: A high frequency component amount of a standard frame image is calculated, a reference frame image being an output frame image outputted in the past compared to time when the standard frame image is acquired, and the standard frame image are weighted and synthesized on the basis of the high frequency component amount to generate a standard synthesized image. Motion between the standard synthesized image and the reference frame image is compensated, and a target pixel of the standard frame image and a corresponding pixel in a pixel position, which corresponds to the target pixel in the reference frame image whose motion is compensated by motion compensation means, are synthesized to generate an output frame. |
