PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition for a lubricating coating film which can form a lubricative coating film that suppresses the occurrence of a stick-slip phenomenon, has good touch feeling and adhesion to a base material, and is excellent in followability to deformation when the base material is deformed.SOLUTION: A coating composition for a lubricating coating film contains (A) a high energy ray-curable resin, (B) silicone elastomer fine particles, and (C) a gum-shaped polysiloxane. |
