摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic characteristic measurement apparatus for a centrifugal rotary machine capable of, even if a centrifugal rotary machine having a rotor with an impeller installed to a shaft end part of a rotary shaft is a dynamic characteristic measuring object for rotation stability evaluation of a shaft system, accurately measuring a dynamic characteristic of the rotor while securing a fluid passage of the end part of the rotary shaft as it is.SOLUTION: A dynamic characteristic measurement apparatus comprises: magnetic force generating units (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b) arranged at back sides of impellers 4, 5 to oscillate the impellers 4, 5 by magnetic force; an excitation control unit 12 configured to drive these magnetic force generating units; vibration sensors 13, 14 configured to detect oscillation of a rotary shaft 3; and an arithmetic unit 16 configured to perform a frequency analysis and a mode analysis according to an excitation signal from the excitation control unit 12 and a vibration signal from the vibration sensors 13, 14 to calculate a dynamic characteristic of a rotor 6.
