<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a long life of a secondary battery by reducing a depth of charge/discharge of the secondary battery while satisfying a request for output smoothing, such as a constant value of power fluctuation or less.SOLUTION: On the basis of a power value signal indicating a value of power generated by a power generation device, a smoothed power calculation section calculates a generated output smoothing signal that is a smoothed version of the power value signal. A control power smoothing signal calculation section then captures a charge/discharge control power signal output to a power conversion device for charging/discharging the secondary battery, and calculates a signal by delaying by one timing an inverted sign control power smoothing signal that is a smoothed version of the charge/discharge control power signal. A charge/discharge control power calculation section generates and outputs to the power conversion device a charge/discharge control power signal to be output at the current timing on the basis of a value remaining when the power value signal is subtracted from the generated output smoothing signal and the inverted sign control power smoothing signal converted to the signal indicating a discharge and a charge if the charge/discharge control power signal indicates a charge and a discharge, respectively.</p> |
