PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of log-in information such as a log-in ID and a password necessary for logging in to a target network.SOLUTION: An image data number issuing unit issues an image data number unique to acquired image data. A user inputs, to an external terminal, an image data number of image data to be uploaded on the external terminal, cloud information at an upload destination, a log-in Id and a password to the cloud. The external terminal transmits the input contents to an image forming apparatus, and a target cloud specification unit specifies the cloud at the upload destination on the basis of the cloud information. A log-in authentication unit performs authentication to the cloud specified by the target cloud specification unit by using the transmitted log-in ID and password. When the log-in is successful, an upload control unit transmits, to the cloud, image data with the transmitted image data number. |
